Politique d’expédition

ORDER PROCESSING 

In most cases we fulfill orders in 1-2 days. In rare cases it can take longer so please allow 3-5 days for us to process your order. 

Store pickups may be available when specified. During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 50km of one of our retailers. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. Talk to your sales rep, or email ride@eazyride.ca if you would like to explore different shipping options. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 2-7 days using Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, or any other carrier. 

DAMAGED ORDERS 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at ride@eazyride.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

SUPER REMOTE AREAS

If you are located in a super-remote area, there may be extra fees and logistics involved in getting you your package. In this case a sales rep will be in contact to authorize any additional charges.
